Carrot Zucchini Salad

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • a handful of walnuts
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • yogurt

Carrot Zucchini Salad Recipe and Preparation:

Fry the grated carrots in a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil for five minutes. Add the zucchini. After a few minutes, add the roughly crushed walnuts and turn off the heat. Discard the salt and cool. Whisk the crushed garlic with the yogurt and pour into the carrot mixture. After mixing well, transfer to a serving plate. Chill in the fridge and serve cold. Enjoy your meal
